Service is horrible. Literally every time I go there half the games and movies don't work because of scratches. And when you ask for them to clean them they glance at them and rudely tell you it should work. I've been going since I was a child but I am done and going to gamefly from now on. This place needs to close down like blockbuster so we can use the space for something useful.
