That is the sole reason why I keep coming back, and why I tip almost everytime I order something.
1st driver we think ate our pasta bowl and tried leaving with our dessert.
I had an issue with my credit card declining last night, and they ended up making my entire order for FREE.
They didn't have to do that at all, and it's because and I quote "I order from here all the time, and they'll just make it for free for me."
As of tonight I won't be returning to dominos for the simple fact my husband literally waited on the phone for over 10 mins as we were trying to place an order and when we pulled into the dominos parking lot we saw the guy pick the phone up and there were 2 other employees just standing behind the counter. The guys excuse was there were only a hand full of employees working and they have more than one line. Funny part is no other person had a phone in hand and the guy that answered just walked over and picked the phone up as we pulled up.
Found what looked like a rock in our pizza nearly chipped my wife's tooth. Also pizzas we're half cooked and doughy. Called manager and she assured me we would be refunded for the purchase. And it's been 2 months still haven't seen my money. Sooo now we're a pizza hut family.
10/10. Would recommend.
