They destroyed my topper for my mattress, wrapped it up and never said a word to me about it. I discovered it when I go home. WE went back and she refunded my $50 fee but she still owes me $130 for the replacement. THEY KNEW it was destroyed and wrapped it up anyway. Never got an apology either. THEY SUCK!
