These folks had my air conditioner for about 1 month; to start; they sent two service technicians that dropped my unit on my front porch when they took it out...then they had the the wrong parts delivered to the unit twice...once more with damaged parts delivered to it...So when I called the A/C Manufacturer, to check on the parts; the CSR decided that they were "booked up" for another week...so I have to go another week without A/C in 100 degree weather.
Not a good business model.
If there were a better rating than 5 stars, they would get it from me. Penny was very courteous on the phone and Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and professional when he serviced our washer. It is refreshing to know that good mom and pop stores still exist. Thank you both, we will absolutely use you again.
wow the above person had a way different experience, My washer was broke they were there within a day of my calling it did take a week to get the part but its not their fault, they cant keep every part for every appliance. The woman was friendly and washer is happily working....Highley Recommendable
Baker's has always been good with turn around and fair with their pricing. I would recommend them!
Had them come out because the new washing matching violently jumps on spin cycle. They said the drain was low and needed new feet. Raised the drain, replaced the feet, now they won't listen that it hasn't fixed the problem.
