I have been a customer and neighbor (just down the street, on the same block) of Fuelvend and the owner told my sister to never come back. He has been rude to her several times and shorted her ingredients on pizza (still charged her for it), and also for her using her Fuelvend rewards card on gas.
My friend pulled in to get gas and I Waz on the phone aND about to go in and get a pizza and a drink and thy yelled at me aND told me to leave so me aND my friend left aND and we will never go back they r off my list of places to shop now hell with them I will go to Walmart before I ever go back to the to do business and thay are mean and disrespectful
Bad customer service Owner is extremely rude and changes rules to suit himself regarding rewards card even though rules are stated at each pump for gas discount...false advertisement and ripped me off when I ordered pizza didn't give me all of my ingredients I ordered and still had to pay for what I ordered told me he was not remaking the order so I had to take it as it was....this business is unethical
Employees were friendly and casual. From the pictures, I was expecting a thick crust pizza but for the price, it's still good thin crust pizza.
Good staff with a wide verity of beverages and snacks
I'm not sure what part of "rewarding" customers this guy failed to understand, but frankly, I'm no longer a loyal customer... that's about $75/week they'll lose out on in gas and food purchase. Sorry you all forgot what money and reward systems are. If you're going to change your rules on your reward system, change it on the signs before you end up in litigation for false advertisement.
