I was driving in Centralia when I had problems with my 2008 Chevrolet Equinox. I gave Rob's a call and they came to my rescue. They had me towed to their shop in no time at all and got me right in. Rob gave me an estimate for the repairs and I told him to go for it. The owners wife was very nice and gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait. The repairs were finished in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the outcome. I was having a very bad day but I found a great mechanic that I highly recommend to everyone I know. Very nice people and very nice work.
I took my vehicle there for an estimate on replacing my transmission. The owner was very helpful and gave me a great price. My vehicle was finished within three days, start to finish. I will be using Rob's for all my auto repair in the future. Fast, Friendly service. What a pleasure. Thanks Rob for everything you did to get my car back on the streets in a short amount of time.
1) When you ask for an estimate he will tear your car apart and if you don't accept his estimate he will hold your car hostage on till you pay him for tearing your car apart.

I could write more but I think you get the drift... find an honest and reputable auto mechanic.
2) He will charge you for labor that he didn't do. And then try to lie about the number of hours he worked on the car. (He said he did 6 hours of work even though he only worked on the car for 3 hours)
Bad, turn and run the other way. (fyi he has changed the name to Rob's Auto Service Center)

3) His wife will come in and yell at the top of her lungs and swear at you and call you all kinds of names.
5) When he gave me the bill and I told him it was too much, he said "I though you would say that" My guess this is a common occurrence for him.
