Helpful and polite staff
Haven't answered. Unable to leave a voice message because the mailbox is full. Looks like a history of horrible service. I live almost 40 miles away and need my car ready before i make a trip there to just to possible have someone not answer. Don't recommend ever trying to reach them by phone
It has been 2 weeks since the owner responded to the previous review. The problem with the mailbox is still not fixed. I needed to rent a car to make an unexpected trip to home from a job site 11 miles from Centralia. After receiving the mailbox full message numerous times over a period of several hours I drove to the Enterprise facility. When I told the woman at the desk that her mailbox was full she responded that it was full because she didn't know how to access it. Apparently she didn't care enough to find out and apparently the owner isn't any better. This place is pathetic. Avoid it.
Only rated 1 star because it won't let me do 0. My insurance set me up with enterprise in centralia. Called around 30 times between 9am and noon before finally getting an answer. Come to find out they don't even have an available vehicle for me so I have now wasted my morning with this company and have no way to get to work. Go anywhere else if you need a car. Horrible costumer service and unable to even supply a car for rent.
