I blame myself for not listening to my family and friends who have all used the us bank in Centralia. I was always told about how rude they were and how little they cared about there account holders. And my last visit will definitely be my last. I have already opened a new checking account through peoples bank because of the woman behind the counter and her blatantly disrespectful attitude. Its been a little over a year that ive had an account with us and i cant honestly remember a time i have been treated nice in all my experiences. The last straw was when i tried to withdraw money last friday i was screamed at through the speaker telling me how i wasnt using my money the proper way according to her standards. All that should have been said was here is your money sir, have a nice day. But instead she tried to have my account cancelled and told another lady that i had requested it which was an outright lie on her part. So i am making this review in an attempt to warn others so noone has to go through what i went through.
